Jets head coach Aaron Glenn has been quiet all week as to whether Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor will be the starting quarterback when the team faces the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8. That did not change on Friday.

After missing last Thursday’s win over Pittsburgh, Cincinnati defensive end Trey Hendrickson is questionable for Week 8. Hendrickson was a limited participant on Wednesday and Thursday before he did not practice on Friday. Via multiple reporters, head coach Zac Taylor said, “We’ll see” on Hendrickson’s availability in his Friday press conference.

CINCINNATI — The Bengals were back on the practice field Thursday afternoon as the team tries to get as healthy as possible for the Jets matchup. They look like they'll be pretty close to full strength outside of the players already on injured reserve.
Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson, who missed last week’s game with a hip injury, is day to day leading up to Sunday’s game against the New York Jets. The All-Pro has been limited in practice this week.
Bengals WR Tee Higgins is looking to become the third player in the past 10 seasons with a touchdown catch in eight straight home games. The others were DeAndre Hopkins (2017 with Houston) and CeeDee Lamb (2023-24 with Dallas). Higgins had a season-high six receptions for 96 yards and a TD in last week’s win over Pittsburgh.
