Democrat Adam Frisch conceded to Jeff Hurd in the race to fill the seat of outgoing Rep. Lauren Boebert in Colorado's 3rd Congressional District.

Republican Jeff Hurd continued to lead Democrat Adam Frisch on Wednesday in a tight race to be the successor of outgoing Colorado 3rd Congressional District Rep. Lauren Boebert. As of about noon on Wednesday, Hurd had received about 50.04% of over 365,000 votes counted while Frisch received about 47.39%.

U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert currently represents the district and announced last December that she would change districts to continue representing Colorado in Congress. In 2022, Boebert narrowly won her re-election over Frisch by 546 votes.
