Metacritic has responded to the review bombing of Dragon Age: The Veilguard by removing “racist, sexist, homophobic” ratings.

The Veilguard is currently being subjected to a review bombing effort over the game's woke aspects. In response, Metacritcs parent company, Fandom, has reiterated that it is a "place of belonging for all fans" and has begun removing reviews that violate the site's guidelines.

The confirmed scores are quite good in the sum total history of the franchise. For instance, GOTY winner Dragon Age Inquisition has a 75% positive score on Steam. Dragon Age 2 has an 80%. Dragon Age Origins has the unsurprisingly best 87% score. Veilguard is certainly in line with the series as a whole.
