Costco and RH have enhanced benefits for their most valuable membership customers, who account for 73% and 98% of company revenues respectively.

The new changes come after a similar policy was rolled out for their gas stations to much success with the CEO to announce: "two of our all-time highest gallon weeks in the U.S. during the last month"

Costco is rolling out a game-changing update for its Executive Members, offering exclusive perks that make the higher-tier membership even more appealing. The warehouse giant,

Executive members pay $130 a year for their wholesale club membership. Gold star members pay $65 a year. Last Autumn, the wholesaler installed membership scanning devices at the entrance of its warehouses. A new Costco is also in the works for Miami-Dade County.

Costco stores typically open at 10 a.m. on weekdays and Sundays, and at 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays. Once the new policy goes into effect, Costco Executive Members will be able to enter stores and shop as early as 9 a.m. each day, giving them an extra hour of private shopping on weekdays and Sundays.

Costco announces executive members can shop one hour earlier than gold star members beginning June 30, as the retailer continues expanding.

Just after announcing its fuel stations will remain open until 10 p.m., the chain is building a stand-alone gas station in Mission Viejo, California. It will be the chain’s largest gas station and its first fuel-only location, the Orange County Register reported.
