WEBJan 22, 2023 · This happened to my parents in Texas just the other night. I'm trying to figure out how their TV was hacked. They went to watch a show on Prime and were asked to log in. Apparently they couldn't log in and also couldn't exit the screen - first clue. They were given a number to call and it was some scam about an XBox.
